• Orders placed through TrendzCraft.com are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Once an order is placed, we liaise with our suppliers to fulfil and ship your items.
• TrendzCraft.com does not guarantee availability of all products, as stock levels may vary.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice based on product demand.
• We try to offer best price around the market instead of discounted price.
• We accept payments through Online. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is temporary unavailable.
• All transactions are processed securely. However, we are not responsible for any payment processing delays or issues caused by third-party providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped directly from suppliers and delivery times vary based on location. Estimated shipping times are  3-5 days.
• TrendzCraft.com is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or other external factors.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We do not reimburse orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
• Customers are requested to take video of the received product being unboxed. This can be used as an evidence if the received product is damaged.
• Product received as damaged should be mentioned in the couriers note as "Damaged product received"/"Damaged". Which helps to claim refunds.
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• As a drop shipping business, our return and refund policy is subject to our suppliers’ terms.
• Customers must submit return/refund requests within 2 days of delivery.
• Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process once approved.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Returns and refunds needs proper video and picture evidence.

• TrendzCraft.com does not manufacture or inspect products directly. We rely on suppliers for quality assurance.
