1. Damaged or Defective Products
We prioritize product quality. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please follow these steps:
- Timeframe: Submit a return request within 48 hrs. of delivery.
- Required Proof:
o An unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
o Photographs of the defective product and its original packaging.
o Purchase order screenshot having order details
- Submission: Email all evidence to hello@trendzkraft.com
Note: Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to process a refund or replacement.
2. Returns Due to Customer Preferences
Customers can place return if it is due to reasons like ordering the wrong size or a change of mind. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. A refund would not be provided if the products are returned in poor condition or torn tag.
3. Undelivered Orders
Undelivered orders refer to orders that couldn’t be delivered to the customer due to:
· Customer not reachable
· Incorrect address given by customer
· COD amount not ready
· Customer refused delivery
· Door/Premise/Office closed
In such case, no refund shall be entertained.
Note: If the delivery address becomes unserviceable after order placement, we are not responsible for RTO, and no refunds will be processed.
4. Lost in Transit
If your order is lost during shipping, once confirmed by the courier, we will process a refund or replacement.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
- Exceptions: Cancellations may occur due to payment failures refund will be processed.
6. Refund Processing
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS / BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
